1. Seller information

Products sold on this website are offered by Valentin Waffer, an online clothing retailer serving customers within the European Union.

2. Product information

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions accurately.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency when possible.
  • Prices include applicable VAT when required by EU law.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Valentin Waffer reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Order process

When placing an order:

  1. You select products and proceed to checkout
  2. You provide shipping and payment details
  3. You receive an order confirmation email

A contract is formed once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Fraud suspicion
  • Payment failure
  • Stock issues

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Returned items must be:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered

10. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

11. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
