Return period
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item.
Return conditions
Items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- With original tags and packaging
Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

- Reason for return
We respond within 48 hours.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was sent
Refund processing
After inspection:
- Refund approved within 5 business days
- Sent to original payment method
